Kochava Integration

These are the steps for the Kraken integration for customers using Kochava. The integration will take advantage of Kochava’s custom postbacks, reporting, analytics and queries.

1. Get the Bubbleye Kraken agent email from your Bubbleye success manager.
2. Head to the relative Kochava accounts and add that user by following the instructions found here:
   1. https://support.kochava.com/reference-information/users-overview/
3. Roles must include Campaign Admin and Custom: Configure Postbacks
   1. Set Timezone to UTC +0
   2. Set Language to English
4. When set contact your Bubbleye Kraken success manager with the login details and they will verify and begin the integration.
